Get Fit Challenge

Nurse Stegmoyer is inviting everyone to participate in her Get Fit Challenge! Check out her message below:

Hello all!

I hope you all had an amazing Spring Break! In case you missed it, Ginger McFadden and Miranda Hernandez were our big winners for our challenge that occurred before break!

I'm inviting everyone to join us again for a challenge that will happen starting tomorrow and ending May 21. I'll take measurements and weights the 21st and announce the winner(s) on the 22nd. $20 buy in for those that would like to be considered for the pot, or just join us and see the amazing results of your hard work over the next 8 weeks.

I have to say, I was SO IMPRESSED with everyone, even those that thought they didn't do well had notic eable changes! I'll be sending out more tips and tricks and hopefully some motivation along the way. (If anyone wants to help kick me into gear, I'd be grateful for that as well! I did 4 specific workouts this week and have yet to look like Giselle Bundchen...I'm very frustrated and need a swift booty kick!)

Please let me know as soon as you can if you'd like to take part. This is a GREAT way for us to support each other and show the district what a Pirate crew can do when they support each other and work together!
